We are looking for a Senior Support Engineer to join our growing, technology team. This person must have both technical aptitude and good interpersonal skills. The successful individual in this role is detail-oriented, highly skilled in problem-solving, and can work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and shifting priorities.
The role of the Support Engineer is to receive application issues and provide a solution in a timely fashion, seeking additional information as required. The products that are being supported help service and empower small to mid-size companies who are looking to improve their employee engagement.
