Enterprise Account Executive

As an Account Executive, you should be an articulate rainmaker sales professional responsible for achieving sales targets through leads generated from our Marketing team, referrals from our Consulting group or leads from the sales teams supporting our well established Top Workplaces program.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop long-term relationships with clients to help them move from insight to impact through engagement platform components such as strategic annual survey, year-round Pulse communications, Catalytic Coaching and our Expert Guidance packages
  • Prospect and research potential clients and identify decision makers. Exercising creativity by use of multiple communication channels including (but not limited to) outbound phone calls, networking, emails, referrals, social media and marketing
  • Set up appointments and follow up activities as part of closing the sale; Update Salesforce accordingly
  • Articulate value-proposition to clients by providing engagement research and product information, and ultimately closing the sale
  • Become an expert in WorkplaceDynamics suite of products to help further the mission of making the world a better place to work together
  • Sell a complete solution of software, services and support to ensure customer success
  • Work with cross functional teams internally to continuously improve products
  • Know competition and industry trends within the HR Technology space
  • Develop and deliver world-class Executive Sales proposals to C-level prospects

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of building successful relationships with clients while building revenue
  • Demonstrable and quantifiable experience successfully selling a solution with a consultative approach in a high energy environment
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Thrive on change while remaining highly organized, optimistic and coachable
  • Experience in the HR Technology industry highly preferred, but not required
  • Skilled in negotiations and sales techniques
  • Demonstrate success accessing client executives, making solid executive presentations and developing proposals that were responsive to your client’s needs
  • Ability to execute contracts, RFPs and RFIs when appropriate
  • Ability to confidently interact with senior management and HR executives
  • Well-developed sense for our business; must be able to manage complexity and be able to confidently discuss ROI
