Marketing Program Coordinator

Role Description

This detail-oriented individual will be responsible for facilitating and executing the launch of 47 Top Workplaces programs. The role requires the maintaining of strict timelines, strong communication skills, and critical thinking to identify operational improvements. The Program Coordinator will work closely with the Media Partnerships Director and the Program Manager.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Tracking and project managing 47 national programs and all related details
  • Creating and updating PowerPoint templates for communication partners
  • Facilitation of ad/creatives through design resources
  • Participating in the presentation of program structure, goals, and logistics to media partners
  • Upkeep of program calendars and key dates for each program
  • Maintenance of internal systems, such as date tracking and template population
  • Google Analytics - Provide reporting requests as received
  • Creation of supplemental materials for partners (email blasts, post-cards, etc)
  • Delivering Top Workplaces lists with accuracy and extreme attention to detail
  • Communication with internal teams to troubleshoot program challenges and kick off elements of project
  • Completing various other tasks as requested

The ideal candidate will have exceptional project management skills, maintain a high attention to detail, and be capable of communicating with many different constituencies.  Being a proactive team player, keeping all deliverables on track is a must.

Adept Experience and command of the following applications is required:

  • Google Analytics
  • Salesforce
  • Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PPT
  • Adobe Suite (Illustrator, PhotoShop, InDesign)
